What is Wi-Fi 6 and do I need it?
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) delivers significantly better performance in high-density environments through improved channel efficiency, reduced latency, and better battery life on connected devices. For schools, offices, and any environment with 20+ concurrent users, Wi-Fi 6 is the recommended standard. Wi-Fi 6E adds the 6 GHz band for even less interference.
How many access points do I need?
AP count depends on square footage, construction materials, device density, and interference sources — not just a coverage calculation. Our RF survey determines the right quantity and placement. We never over-sell APs just to pad the invoice.
Can you work with my existing wireless controller?
Yes, in many cases. We support most major enterprise wireless platforms. We'll let you know what can be integrated and what needs to be replaced.
Do you handle the network infrastructure (switches, cabling) as well?
Yes. A wireless deployment is only as good as the cabling and switching infrastructure behind it. We can handle the complete project — from structured cabling and PoE switching to wireless deployment and documentation.
What happens if coverage isn't right after installation?
Our post-installation validation includes a heat map walkthrough. If coverage doesn't meet the agreed spec, we adjust AP placement or add units at no additional charge — that's what the fixed-price proposal covers.
