1. About LaBass Technologies
LaBass Technologies, LLC is a insured low-voltage contractor based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We provide installation and maintenance of low-voltage infrastructure including structured cabling, fiber optics, IP surveillance, access control, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and AV systems.
2. Website Use
The labass.tech website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services and submit inquiries. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
3. Free Site Walk
A free site walk assessment is a no-obligation facility visit in which we evaluate your infrastructure and provide recommendations. Scheduling a site walk does not create a contractual obligation on either party. We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.
4. Proposals and Pricing
Written proposals are fixed-price for the scope of work described. Changes to scope requested after proposal acceptance may result in a change order with adjusted pricing. Parts and equipment are billed at cost plus 15% unless otherwise stated.
5. Warranties
All installation labor is backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, customer misuse, power surges, acts of nature, or modifications made by others after installation. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer and pass through to the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
LaBass Technologies' liability for any claim arising from services or use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on labass.tech — including text, graphics, and logos — is owned by LaBass Technologies, LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites (Facebook, Google Maps, and others). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
