What systems do maintenance plans cover?
Plans cover any low-voltage infrastructure we installed or have documented — structured cabling, fiber, wireless, access control, security cameras, AV systems, and VoIP. We'll assess your facility and propose a plan based on what you have.
What happens during a maintenance visit?
Visits include a physical inspection of active equipment, review of camera recordings and access control logs, network health checks, cable and connection inspection, firmware version checks, and a written summary of findings and recommendations.
What if something breaks between scheduled visits?
Maintenance plan clients receive priority dispatch scheduling. Emergency labor is billed at the plan's discounted rate. Parts and materials are billed separately at cost.
Can I start a maintenance plan on systems you didn't install?
Yes. We'll perform an initial audit of your existing systems to document the current state, identify issues, and establish a baseline. The audit is billed as a one-time assessment, and the ongoing plan starts from there.
Is there a contract commitment?
Plans are offered on month-to-month and annual terms. Annual contracts are discounted. We don't lock you in for multi-year terms.
