Common Questions

Do you handle both audio and video, or just one?
Both. We design and install complete AV systems — audio distribution, display systems, video walls, conferencing, and control systems. We can also supplement existing infrastructure if you only need part of a system upgraded.
Can you integrate with Zoom, Teams, or other conferencing platforms?
Yes. We design and install Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and generic SIP-based conferencing setups — with proper hardware stacks for the room size and budget.
How complicated are the control systems for staff to use?
We design control systems for the person who will actually operate them — not the AV engineer. If it takes more than three taps to do the most common task, we redesign it.
Do you work in existing spaces or only new construction?
Both. Most of our AV work is in existing buildings. We handle cable routing, in-wall pathways, and installation in occupied spaces with minimal disruption to operations.
What brands do you install?
We're brand-agnostic and specify hardware based on your application, budget, and long-term support needs. We work with commercial brands including QSC, Biamp, Shure, Crestron, Extron, Sony, Samsung, and others. We'll recommend what's right for your project.
